Chase the Ace

These rules apply to The Lazy Crab’s Chase the Ace promotion.

Tickets are issued on all food and beverage purchases made between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm.
One ticket will be selected at random after 7:30 pm.
If the jackpot is not won, it increases by $50 each week to a maximum of $5,000.
The holder of the corresponding ticket number must be present and will be given the opportunity to select a card.
The host will view the selected card and may offer the contestant vouchers in exchange for the card. If the contestant accepts the offer, the card remains unturned. If the contestant declines the offer and the card is not the Ace of Spades, the contestant wins a pint.
If the selected card is the Ace of Spades, the contestant wins the cash jackpot.
If the selected card is a Joker, the contestant wins a $50 voucher.
Immediate family members, including a spouse, partner, parents, boyfriend, girlfriend, children or siblings, of the on-duty manager, licensee or any staff member involved in conducting the draw are strictly prohibited from purchasing tickets or winning a prize.
The duty manager is responsible for running the promotion.
People under 18 years of age are not permitted to select a card or participate. Syndicates are permitted, including groups that pool or collect tickets.

The venue’s decision in administering the draw in accordance with these rules is final, subject to applicable law.
